Dr. Rojas-Vizcaya is Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. He is the Founder and Director of the Mediterranean Prosthodontic Institute, BoneModels and DentalIdea, and maintains a private practice limited to dental implant surgery and prosthodontics in Castellon, Spain. He is the Director of the Charter Chapter of the Academy of Osseointegration in Spain.
He is an international lecturer and writes academic articles which are published in indexed scientific Journals.
Dr. Rojas-Vizcaya did a postgraduate degree in Prosthodontics along with master’s degree in Prosthodontics at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, United States. In addition to a Post-Doctoral scholarship in research about implantology at the same University.
He is PhD in Oral surgery and medicine orofacial and held two University specialties, Oral Medicine and Osseointegrated implants, at the Complutense University in Madrid, Spain.
He received his Certificate training in Oral Surgery at Gregorio Marañón Hospital in Madrid, Spain.
He is graduate in dentistry at Barcelona University.
He is graduate in dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia.
